12. Niti Aayog ID No. Code.

13. Last 3 years Audited balance sheet, income, expenses account, auditors report.

14. Resolution of Trust (board meeting) for accepting donations.

15. NGO BY-LAWS.

16. Donation letter (Invitation Letter to Donor).

17. LEI CODE MUST BE NEEDED.

18. CBDT Approval letter.

20. Government Approved Project Details.

21. Authorization letter for – authorizing the person to execute the work duly signed by all Trustees with a passport size photo affixed in the letter. The letter should be valid on the day of transaction and it should have been issued no later than 1 week of seeking Investment.
